Basierend auf der Grundlage und den Definitionen des ersten Teils und der grundlegenden Theorien zur Komplexen Koexistenz dient der dritte Teil der Einführung in die Anwendung (Transformation) auf die speziellen Problematiken der Komplexen Koexistenz. Besonders die Anwendung im subatomaren Bereich verlangt spezielle Algorithmen. Null ist nicht gleich null oder gar „gegen null". Null mal zwei ist nicht null, wenn der Wert nicht wirklich null, sondern nur sehr sehr klein ist (0, 0000....01 ≠ 0). Daher ist die Differenzialrechnung für Arbeiten im Bereich unmittelbar vor 0 oder ∞ unzureichend und kann zu fatalen Fehlern führen.
